Outbreaks can be Stressful

“The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) may be stressful for people. Fear and anxiety about a disease can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. Coping with stress will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger.”

These are some great resources that the CDC has given in order to stay mentally healthy through this outbreak of COVID-19. However, this should not be the only time we give ourselves time to stay mentally healthy. We should be keeping ourselves mentally healthy all of the time.
